UPDATE - Black and Brown German Shepard with Red Collar

UPDATE ON FOUND GERMAN SHEPARD with photos. Today I was able to feed and water this poor lost dog. It's so scared it will not come close to me and barks if I approach. It looks like the dog has either been hit by someone or a car but is still running around. It has a red collar on with a torn red leash. I thought it had white eyes but they are not white but brown. It has a white spot underneath the left eye but not sure if that's an injury or fur. THE EYES ARE NOT WHITE BUT A LIGHT BROWN. The photos show alot of detail so I posted all of them, even some that are blurry. This dog wants to be rescued but is scared. It's been lost way too long and it looks like people are abusing it instead of helping it. This dog needs the owner to come and walk the street and call it. It's on Reservoir Lane between Hartnell and Cypress, closer to Hartnell. Thanks
