Help Wanted, Claymont, DE. $13.00 per hour after (1) week training to start Cleaning Technicians and Floor Technicians I have immediate openings for (General Office Cleaning/Restrooms/Common Areas/sweeping/mopping) and Floor Technicians (Scrubbing/Stripping/Waxing and Carpet Cleaning) Hours generally are 4-9:30, working 4-5 hours per evening. The hours vary because we work as a team to get the entire location clean, so there will crossover with specific tasks depending on where help is needed. We are looking to add quality members to our commercial Team. Team members hired would be trained over the course of a couple of days or weeks depending on experience level. Team members will be offered more hours and pay once they are fully trained, show pride in their work and prove to be reliable. We have IMMEDIATE openings for both Weekday evenings and Weekend work available. Responsibilities: (Every location works as a team to get the entire facility clean) • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Dusting, Vacuuming, Trash Collecting, Mopping, Restroom, Kitchen and Breakroom • Perform Stripping/Scrubbing/Waxing of floors for experienced floor techs • Carpet Cleaning with Portable and Truck Mount equipment, for experienced floor techs • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Qualifications: • Some experience and the ability to handle physical workload • Strong attention to detail • Transportation preferred, but not a requirement.
