looking for witness of accident

This last Sunday December 5th, at 5:25 in the evening, I was struck by another vehicle while turning at an intersection, and there was a person in a I believe it with black SUV that had pulled up man and female and said they had witnessed the whole thing and they would get me their information when they turned around, well they never came back so I'm looking to see if they hopefully see this post if they can come forward are the witness for the whole accident.
