Fabrication Welder
Teller County Waste is a family-owned local business that has been serving Teller County and surrounding areas for more than 25 years. We are currently seeking to fill a fabrication welder position. Please consider joining our team!
Job Summary
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned occasionally. Our fabrication welder would be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining our dumpster and roll off supply as well as some welding on trucks and other weld jobs as assigned.
• Fabricating dumpsters using raw materials.
• Fitting, setting, and installing fabricated structures.
• Cutting and welding with a variety of processes
• Metal forming, bending, and finishing
• Repair, design, layout, and estimation
• Many other industry/trade specific responsibilities
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards and performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
Qualifications
Fabrication Welder may bring their own tools and welder but not required
Class B CDL Preferred but not required
Acceptable driving record required.
Ability to pass a DOT drug and Alcohol test.
Must be self-starter and motivated to keep up with high demand and deadlines
Salary
$20.00- $25.00 an hour DOE
