Peak Commercial Properties, a local established commercial real estate company, is hiring a part-time maintenance employee to join our property management team. Estimated workload is 20 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Pay is $25 per hour. Scope of work includes but is not limited to: • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment • Performing preventative maintenance as necessary • Handling basic repairs and maintenance such as patching & painting walls & doors, affixing signs, installing fixtures, replacing ceiling tiles, etc. • Performing light construction work such as installing doors, patching drywall, etc. • Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary • Identifying issues and recommending best course of action for repair Job Requirements: • Experience performing routine maintenance • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary • Strong organizational and follow up skills • Eye for detail • Ability to maintain focus while working individually • Strong time management skills
