Description
Looking to hire a sushi chef to prepare nigiri sushi and vegetarian rolls. Serving from 8pm-10pm New Year's Eve, plus same day prep time. Preparing sushi and placing on a conveyor belt consistently for two hours. Must provide own chef knives and other necessary tools. We can provide fish or discuss preference of where to source fish. Open to negotiate flat fee or hourly rate.
