Crafts Group (formerly Crafts Americana) is looking for hard-working, reliable, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team. We're looking for candidates who are willing to work in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation and friendliness. Experienced Forklift Drivers are eligible for premium pay, training also available. Some weekend shifts as necessary. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lb. boxes. Be able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours per day. 1st Shift - Monday-Friday, 6/7 am - 2/3:30 pm - $15.00/hr 2nd Shift - Monday-Thursday, 2 pm - 12:30 am - $16.00/hr Responsibilities include: Become certified on forklift equipment. Safely operate forklift equipment. Unload incoming deliveries and inspect products for defects and damages. Put away, organize, and maintain inventory. Pick and pull customer orders, package, and prepare the order for shipment. Ship orders accurately. Layout, cut, and fold fabric for kits and custom orders. Organize warehouse space. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment by abiding by all company safety and hygiene regulations. Assist other work teams during times of high demand Successful candidates for these positions must be able to: Pass pre-employment, random, and with-cause drug screens. Maintain excellent attendance; being on time and staying on-task are essential.
