Need small creating space

Looking for preferably some garage space or some well ventilated area that has wifi and power connection. Access to a bathroom for routine human stuff and a sink for hand washing ;) Wifi in case I need to respond to a work message and power for a lamp or two I work with resin and do small pieces/ jewelry! Ideally I'll have enough space for a fold up table and a storage bin to work Willing to rent month to month for the right fit! It would be nice to have some storage available in between visits even if it's just a shelf or enough space to leave a storage bin but not critical Please let me know if you have space to rent out!
