Need Someone to Clean My Boat

Hello, my boat sits in my friend's driveway under several large trees at MLK & I-35 near downtown. Several weeks ago the tarp covering it got blown off, and it's been hit by a couple rainstorms and lots of dry leaves. It's a small 8-seater boat, about 30 years old, nothing crazy but it shines when clean. It's been stressing me out daily but I have not been able to make it out to clean and cover it and don't see an opportunity in the next week to get out there. Pay is $150 but I will pay $250 if you get it to pristine condition. I'm hoping to get rid of all leaves and scrub all the dirt with the leather looking white. Please note that I'm not looking for a half-assed job, and disclosing off the bat that I will pay you only when the job is complete. I can make small payouts as you make progress so you don't feel like you may get scammed. If hired, I'll meet you downtown, where I live/work, will take a copy/picture of your ID, and give you instructions.
