I've had a family emergency come up and am desperately trying to gain access to a rental vehicle. due to the fact that my license has expired and the DMV is not taking walk ins I'm unable to rent a car. I'm willing to pay well and depending on the situation, barter with anyone willing to rent an extra car or even go to hertz or something and rent it for me.
