Survey Merchandiser is looking for several Merchandisers to complete a Reset Project at a local Walmart store in the area of Overland Park, KS. This project starts immediately and will continue until December 18th. Due to shift start times reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. We offer mileage reimbursement and lodging on a case by case basis. As a Reset Merchandiser, you'll be part of a hard-working team that rearranges all the products on the shelves at stores and help with a minor remodel. Reset and POG reading experience is preferred. We are looking for a candidate who can work all shifts if possible. You will use Survey's app to document your work. About the Work: - Pay is $18/hr, paid by OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App. - Reset starts immediately and will continue until December 18th. - Hours are from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. - This is a labor intensive role that requires you to work on your feet for the majority of your shift. You may be required to push and lift objects up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. - You'll have a designated team lead on site. This person will assign your daily tasks, check your work, and act as your supervisor on the job. Typical tasks include: - Removing products from the shelves. - Placing new items based on the updated planogram (provided by store personnel). - Assembling and installing fixtures, shelves, racks, and signage. - Attaching shelf tags. - Making sure the products face the front and are in perfect order. Perks: - All work is conveniently picked up and submitted through the Survey Merchandiser app, including payments. - Payments are deposited to your account within 6 days. - Awesome referral program that allows you to earn up to $100 for each person referred. - Rep Support is available 7 days a week. -After the reset ends, you will have additional opportunities to pick up gigs if you are interested in continuing to work. About You: - You have an Android or iOS device that can run the Survey Merchandiser app. - You’re reliable, good at following directions, and can work on a team. - You have basic knowledge of how to use tools such as a hammer or screwdriver. - You’re able to work on your feet (standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods of time. - You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be 18 years of age or older. - You have access to reliable transportation. - You’re able to pass a background check. - Drug screening may be required. - Previous reset or retail merchandising experience is a plus.
