Its Christmas and a large dinner party is planned. Need help cleaning, painting, moving, preparing for the big day. Lots of projects big and small. Pay is to be decided on the abundance of your skills. Are you a thorough cleaner and can wash pets really well then $12 to $15. Can you paint well $20 an hour, what about wiring up a small chandelier $45 an hour. Doing some plumbing $85 to $100 an hr. See depends on your skills, what Im not looking for is someone who has no skills and sweeps and mops and expects to be paid what a skilled laborer is paid. If you have attitude and want to do as little as possible and be paid as much as possible and cancel last minute also not a job for you. Not looking for someone who shows up drunk and expects to be paid for washing dishes while drunk and rude. (This happened few months ago) Yes I am friendly and accepting, however this does not mean that you show up methed out high or drunk !! Kindness is not weakness. No one with a criminal record need apply, I notice when I give criminals, supposedly ex addicts a chance they end of taking advantage and become aggressive and threatening. Decided Im not wanting to be further stressed out during Christmas, No one with a criminal record need apply.
