Tai Chi...I want to learn the Chen form or Chen broad sword

I have been practicing the 24 yang form and the 88 yang, left and right side, for over 15 years by myself everyday in parks or my backyard. For my spiritual growth I want to extend practice with the Chen form or Chen broad sword. However, the only school I know that teaches these forms are price gauging. I can't afford it. Is there anybody who can teach me any one of the forms. I will gladly pay $100 per month for two 1/2 hour sessions per week when and at your convenience. Thanks
