I got there when he escalated the argument over greens. He threatened to beat you up in front of everyone and go to jail. he was asserting his power over you because that’s the only way he knows to feel powerful. I told Albertsons security going in and they stepped out. If that was him in public I can’t imagine how bad it is at home. I don’t care who it was, a friend, partner, brother, dad, etc. it wasn’t right. My mom was abused in every way by my dad and she still (after 10 years) can’t believe the abundant happiness, freedom, and relief that is on the other side. I hope you see this, and I hope you gain the strength to leave that relationship. Will be thinking about you for the rest of the day. Everyone deserves to feel safe, and love should never ever be harmful.
