In this role you will have the opportunity to learn skills in multiple departments and support members of your team by performing the following tasks: Receiving customer orders and data entry into computer system; Analyze notes in our database for specific orders and determine the right workflow based on those notes; Assist in the process of conversion of home movie videotapes to digital formats using customized inhouse hardware and software; Troubleshooting tape functionality and performing minor repairs (e.g., splicing, replacing housings); Inspect customer originals for order integrity prior to shipment; Perform other duties as assigned.
