My screen is broken/cracked. I can't enter my code to access my phone. I went to the AT@T store, they could not help. Called Apple Tech Support. they suggested I get the screen replaced so I can access my phone and transfer my contacts/photos to my new phone. Tried that twice, both places said it's not possible. My phone never uploaded my files/ photos to the I cloud :(My fault for not checking.) Anyone know a way to get into my old phone and transfer my photos to my new phone??? Appreciate anyone's help and suggestions...
