New year, new job! Part time groundsman/houseman needed

Are you an individual looking to supplement your income? We're looking for a reliable, responsible, friendly, hardworking individual to work at a beautiful contemporary property. As grounds person, you're responsible for ensuring that the exterior of the property is kept clean, presentable and in good shape. Your duties will cover the following areas: - Area directly in front of property - Driveway, pedestrian and side gates - Garage - Washing homeowner's car -Trash area - Exterior furniture/umbrellas, patios, outside kitchen & BBQ, pool equipment area - Storage room - Rooftop deck - Balconies - Any handyman repairs within your scope of expertise - Helping the housekeeper with any heavy lifting This position is part time, you can work two 4-6 hour shifts, or one full day per week, you just have to be reliable. Previous private service experience is preferred, successful applicant must be Covid vaccinated, fluent in English, and be prepared to submit to a background check and have reliable transportation.
