SUMMARY The warehouse team member is responsible for order picking, order shelving, inventory counting with the requirement of both quality and quantity. DUTIES • Pick orders daily with a minimum speed of 25-30minutes per unit • Count and monitor inventory periodically by sorting and organizing to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Support and coordinate with an upstream and downstream task force from inbound, grounding, to outbound to achieve high-quality output. • Safeguard warehouse inventory and operation by establishing and monitoring monthly and quarterly inventory check procedures. • Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor. EXPERIENCE • Ability and willingness to coordinate with upstream and downstream workflow to ensure the accuracy of inventory management efficiently. • Ability to understand and consistently apply all policies and procedures. • Ability to count inventory and use inventory management software. • Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
