Space is inside of Music Spectrum School for the Arts, 465 Herndon Parkway, Herndon, VA, just one mile from Reston Town Center. Plenty of parking available. Clean, up-to-date resrooms. The room pictured is 800 square feet and rents for $45/hour for weekly, contracted use during our regular open hours. Single use rentals are $60/hour during our regular open hours or $80/hour for rentals outside our regular open hours (to compensate additional staff hours). Discounts are also available for single use events that are for full days (8+ hours).
