Day-Porter Janitor / Custodian / Cleaner Needed ASAP

We have an immediate need for a day-porter in the DU area around University & Evans. The position pays $18 per hour and is from 8:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday) 8/hrs. Daily This position requires someone who can understand and speak english as they will need to communicate with the property managers on a daily basis. Tasks daily will vary by the need of the property manager. An example of some daily tasks are: - Vacuuming / Mopping Lobbies, Party Rooms, Common Area Hallways, Stairwells, Elevators. - Cleaning glass, stainless steel inside of the building. - Dusting Vents, Furniture, Light Fixtures, high and low areas. - Litter Pick Up Outside of the Building - Clean, Scrub, Hose Down Dumpster Area - Clean Laundry Rooms / Wipe Washers and Dryers - Wipe Around / Scrub Trash Chute Openings -Blow leafs and debris outside when needed to clean parking garage, side walks, alleyways, etc. Please do not apply if you are not ok with taking direction from building managers, or if you are not flexible with cleaning requests! Also, if you do not have reliable transportation daily to the job-site, please do not apply. Must be professional with a good attitude, work ethic, and be able to show up on time daily and fulfill 8 hrs daily. Previous cleaning experience or day-porting experience a plus! This job is for employment only. All employees are required to clock in and out daily. We are providing day-porting cleaning for 3 apartment buildings common areas on seperate days of the week.
