2022 NHL Winter Classic Encore Nationwide is a booking Lead, Asst Leads, and BAs for a fun event. You will be collecting email addresses from event attendees to measure their experiences at the 2022 NHL Winter Classic. STAFFING CRITERIA: 1 Lead BA, 2 Assistant Leads + 28 BAs -Upbeat, outgoing, and reliable -No tattoos showing, wild color hair styles, or crazy piercings, etc. -Lead BA – able to accept shipment at residence and bring to event -All Leads – experience managing teams STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES: Staff training and prep -Lead BA – Receive shipment, phone training (1 hr paid) -Assistant Leads – phone training (30min paid) -BAs - on site training On-site activation responsibilities Lead – -Check staff in/out, perform health screenings -Assume responsibility for tablets during and after shift -Manage staff, timesheet, facilitate breaks -Collect email addresses for post-event survey Assistant Lead BAs -Assist Lead with health screenings, breaks, and managing staff -Assume responsibility for assigned tablet during shift BAs -Assume responsibility for assigned tablet during shift -Collect email addresses for post-event survey Post-event recap needs (Lead BA only) -Lead BA – Sync data at end of shift, submit timesheet and photos to Encore (45min paid) -Lead BA - Prep shipment for return of tablets back to client (1 hr paid) DATE/TIMES/LOCATION: Saturday, January 1 12:00pm-5:30pm NHL Winter Classic Target Field 1 Twins Way Minneapolis, MN 55403 ATTIRE: Please wear warm clothing, minimal branding. This is an OUTDOOR event, it will be cold. Note that there will not be space to store any belongings onsite. PARKING: Reimbursed up to $20 per person with receipt. Can be used towards public transport or parking in nearby lots.
