We are looking for experienced and skilled Property Preservation Vendors/Contractors/Field Crew/Handymen and Rehab/Repair vendors/contractors to complete work and maintain these properties. Payment Term: Weekly Express payment: Yes. Preferred method: Zelle Compensation: Per Work Order Basis Work includes but is not limited to - 1. Regular Preservation Repair - Lawn Care, Securing, Winterization, Snow Removal, Trash-Out, Drywall/Sheetrock, Paint Job, Mold Treatment, etc 2. Roofing 3. Electrical 4. HVAC 5. Plumbing 6. Mold/Discoloration 7. Rehab/Repair Furthermore, we are seeking Licensed Contractors/Specialists who are able to complete all the works as needed and pull permits when required. Requirements: 1. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work. **Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, air compressor and winterization equipment, Smartphone/ Tablet with Data Plan, Basic hand tools, Locks, etc. 2. General Liability Insurance of $1M minimum. 3. Aspen Grove Background Check (ABC) Number. Expectations: Good communication, On-time submission, and Quality work.
