Description

Building maintenance company looking for well rounded maintenance technicians to complete punch lists, small rehab jobs and rent ready's. Must be able to paint, drywall repairs, lock changes, install/repair toilets, sinks, vanities, faucets, change light fixtures, outlets, switches, regular furnace maintenance (air filters) and be willing to assist other trades as needed. Also looking for the following trades to be staff employee's" Electrician Plumber HVAC (service existing units and install new units & duct work) Send Name and contact info.... Can start next week!
