Samsung dishwasher repair needed

I have a dishwasher that is having issues. Currently I cut the power at the fusebox. But when I cut the power on, the dishwasher starts beeping, making another noise, and the 'Normal' light flashes over and over again. If you turn the power off on the dishwasher, it turns it back on and starts making the noises again. I have video on my phone I can share with you. I need someone to diagnose and fix the problem. Let me know your rate and experience level.
