Service Technician & Technician Assistants New Holland, PA • Monday to Friday 7 am to 5 pm schedule. We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with a CDL (or willingness to obtain) AND an entry-level Tech Assistant looking for on-the-job training. We provide you with the latest technology to install tanks and complete repairs to customer tanks efficiently and punctually. We are a faith-based company that values our customers and employees. About our Service Technician & Tech Assistant positions: • Install, maintain and service all customer and company propane installations and equipment • Complete inspections and repairs • Find and repair leaks of tanks on customer property • Cross-train to deliver propane in a bobtail truck (Support in obtaining Class B CDL provided) • Bill customers for service and parts • Diagnose and repair customer propane tanks • Discuss with the customer the nature of the repair or service to be performed • Ask questions to make sure you have a clear understanding of what the problem is with equipment • Work for a privately owned company where you are a valued teammate • We will provide on-the-job training What we’re looking for in our Service Technician & Tech Assistants: • Clean Driving History: Must have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles. We are looking for Service Techs who have their Class B CDL OR are willing to obtain their Class B CDL. Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. • Great Communicator: You will be interacting with customers. Must be courteous and friendly. • Mechanically Inclined: Solid mechanical aptitude. Able to use basic tools. • Detailed: Ability and the drive to identify and determine the cause of a needed repair. Highly organized. • Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Driven to do a great job. Great people skills. Great attitude. • Relational: Able to build great rapport with customers. Must have excellent communication skills.
