The Custodians are responsible for the cleaning and collecting all debris from community grounds, breezeways and common areas, preparing vacant units for occupancy, performing daily inspections of building exteriors and lighting, and ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures. The qualified candidates will have a high school or equivalent. Possession of a valid, state-issued driver's license and safe driving record is also required.
