Grounds keeper and snow removal

We are looking for a hard working individual to work outside on our Building and Grounds crew. There is no experience necessary but any and all experience or knowledge is welcome. The right candidate should have an up to date drivers license and means to come to work on time. Other qualifications would be: Knowledge of skid-steer equipment and how to run them Snow plow experience and how to connect and disconnect equipment as well as how to us a 4 wheel drive pick up Zero turn mowers and basic maintenance of small engines Weed control with tools such as sprayers, weed eaters, and hedge trimmers Chainsaws experience Basic mechanical skills such as repairing fence work and other miscellaneous projects. The ability to turn wrenches is a Great attribute to have in this position. Light welding and cutting work Carpentry skills Some light plumbing skills for back flow and irrigation Ability to take direction and follow through with tasks for the day and week Ability to use a computer for work orders Basic reading and writing Good problem solving skills Good organizational skills Ability to be trained and add to your education is a plus Good at cleaning and sanitizing Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and on occasion 75 pounds If you do not posses all of these skills it will be Okay. I will train the right candidate for the position. This is a full time position with benefits that pays on a monthly pay scale for a local School. You will work at the same location everyday and will be working the day shift from 7am-3:30pm. Over time is available in this position and the shift can be flexible with seasonal weather.
