We are self-employed contractors and need help. This can be a one-time gig or if you like it and work diligently, we can keep you employed for months or longer. Age doesn't matter or gender. We won't give you work more than you can bear. If you can't stand on your feet for hours, no problem but pay may not be as significant as someone who can lift 20+ lbs or for someone who has an eye for details. I'm open to hiring any person of legal working age as I even have my 70 year dad help me when he's bored. This is part-time but it could become full-time, depends on our contracts. Some months are busier than others. Job consists of just helping me how I need it. I may need you to dust off items for a few hours or I may need you to move things from one room to another. I may need you to monitor certain areas and make sure people aren't stealing and organizing merchandise in different areas like in retail. If you are great with organization or willing to learn, have positive energy, honest, open to multi-tasking, punctual and non argumentative... I will treat you well... This may be your dream job because I'm easy to work with. I'm super flexible, I do not have a particular time that you have to show up but it will need to be discussed daily or when applicable. Sometimes I wake up at 7am & NEED to be at work by 9am 3-4 days a week. These will always be scheduled days and you will know what days these will be in advance. Other days during down time, I may wake up at 2pm and not show up to work until 5pm, lol. Doesn't happen too often but it depends on when we agree to meet. We are actually night owls but sometimes our clients prefer for us to work in the daytime so again, each contract is different. This is not a super demanding job but you must have some work ethics. You will also be required to wear a mask, vaccinated or not. Our clients need to feel comfortable while we are in their house or on their property and this is a must unless you are working outside by yourself. Work may be in Garland for a duration of two weeks and may be in Dallas for a week... Each contract is in a different area and sometimes city so having a car is a plus. We may also work 3-5 hours one day or 8-12 hours, you can work however long you want as long as we are there with you. Curious at what we do? Looking to work immediately? No smoking unless outside 50 feet away from properties. Mask required for our safety and yours. We do not provide lunch/meals but sometimes we do when we are extremely busy. Cash Daily - If you become officially apart of our team after 30-60 days, we can start paying with cashier's and/or payroll checks if applicable.
