We are currently hiring persons for our Shipping and Handling Department, you do not need experience, training is provided.
Our offices are located in Downtown Los Angeles, and this role requires that you can comfortably commute to this location.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Company’s execution of daily incoming orders and send them out for shipping on time, while adhering to a strict shipment calendar to ensure on time shipments to all domestic orders.
• Receive incoming deliveries, document and provide accurate reconciliation of goods received.
• Creates all necessary documents required for shipments/orders.
• Maintains accurate logs for all processed orders.
• Extremely detailed in processing orders and document each shipment carefully.
• Works effectively with other departments, management and customers to quickly address problems as they arise.
• Represents the company in a professional and businesslike manner and communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
• Performs other related tasks, as assigned.
Requirements:
• We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Shipping and Receiving background not necessary, but it’s a plus.
• The Ideal candidate must have a strong ability to multitask with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines, is well-organized, able to remain focused on task, and maintains a positive professional attitude.
