We are a loving, honest and loyal family of 5. We currently have three daughter's ages 7, 4 and almost 3. Our 7 year old attends 1st grade and our 4 and 3 year old attend Pre-School three days a week on MWF until 3:30 pm. This person does not have to speak fluent English. Spanish speaking or another language is OK. We don't mind children learning a new language. They just have to be able to speak enough English to get by in some communication with the parents. We are looking for someone to work 32 to 40 hours a week. We compensate well and more details will be discussed in the interview. General hours: Start time will be 7:10 am each morning to help get the girls ready for the day. Hours are from 7:10 am to 12:10 pm on Monday, 7:10 am to 4 pm on Tuesday, 7:10 am to 12:10 om on Wednesday, 7:10 am to 4 pm on Thursday and 7:10 am to 12:10 pm on Friday's. This will be a set schedule for the most part but flexibility is needed. For example, if one of the kids are sick and cannot go to school we would need this person to work more hours on MWF. During the summer break we would need more hours as well. Duties with the 4 and 3 year old on Tuesday's and Thursday's would be playing with them, coloring, going on walks, park play, preparing basic meals and bathing. Duties with the household include light housekeeping: Family's laundry, keeping general areas tidy including children's / parent's rooms and bathrooms, dishes, organization. Packing kids lunches and helping to cook/prep meals for the family on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's when the kids are in school. We are looking for someone stay with us long term so only serious candidates only apply. We treat this individual as part of the family.
