Summary: • Specific duties require rig up, rig down, equipment operation and maintenance of the same equipment as directed by supervisory staff. • Adheres to all well service health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Attaches pumps, hoses, assembles equipment, and/ or monitors control panels affecting pumping operations. • Performs routine maintenance on all assigned service equipment. • Drives pickup truck or service truck to and from locations as required once all company and federal regulations are satisfied. • Be technically competent, operationally efficient and experienced in the service delivery process. • Operate and properly maintain all assigned equipment. • Carry out duties in a manner that is mindful of the environment and the communities while providing the customer with flawless service quality and service free of incidents. • Performs other related duties as required. Requirements: • Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age. • Must have a valid drivers’ license. • Equipment Operator: must have oil and gas experience. • Diesel Mechanic: must have diesel or heavy equipment experience. • Must have the ability to stand for long periods and must be able to work while sitting, bending, twisting and/or climbing many flights of stairs. • Must be able to work at heights, in enclosed spaces, near water, work around moving equipment and machinery. • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Skills: • Looking for reliable candidates. • Excellent customer service skills. • Focused on safety is a must. • Knowledge of applicable DOT rules and regulations. • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.). Compensation: • Full-Time W2 Employment (no 1099). • $18.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE) + referral bonuses. • Direct Deposit or Paper Check. Schedule: • 2 weeks on, 1 week off (14 days on, 7 days off rotating schedule). • 24/7 operation, day, and night shift work. • 12-hour shifts, up to 16 hours per day (time and a half after 40-hours of straight time). Housing / Meals: • Housing is provided (only on a 14-day hitch). • Hotels are provided to all employees at no cost. • Hotel examples: Best Western Plus, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton, Homewood Suites, etc. • Three (3) meals are expensed per day or are provided if you are stuck on location.
