We are Hiring ! Elmwood MHC is seeking an individual to handle maintenance and grounds for the property. This is a part time position M-W-F approx 7:30-1:30pm. The position is responsible for maintaining and improving the park including grounds/landscaping for the park. So we are looking for an experienced maintenance professional with a broad skill set who can get things done quickly and efficiently. Skills: Good character and positive attitude - must have a good work ethic and be dependable General outdoor maintenance-Mowing trimming etc Plumbing- fix leaks, replace faucets, repair water line issues Basic electrical- replace switches, plugs, fans. Identify problems - any significant electrical will be hired out.
