FLOOR TECHNICIAN HOURS: FLEXIBLE BETWEEN 430PM-330AM, 30-40 HOURS PER WEEK WAGE: $17/HOUR, SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL OF $3.50 ADDITIONAL CONTRACT TO HIRE Duties include: Perform preventive maintenance procedures associated with long-term appearance retention of carpets. Perform restorative carpeting procedures with automated carpet equipment. Provides back-up coverage for housekeeping and linen delivery services East & West. Refine cleaning procedures and select chemicals used for the various types of soil and Develop and maintain a schedule for periodic maintenance procedures associated with maintaining facilities carpet. Maintain and perform minor repairs on floor care machinery Move office, exam and waiting room furniture. Completes all other assigned duties. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Experience: From three months to one year of similar or related experience with floor machinery. Education: Equivalent to a high school diploma or GED.
