Description
As an established contractor, I have some small remodel and patch jobs too big for me to handle.
Some are textured and some jobs are level 4 or level 5.
You may need stilts or a small scaffold/ladder for some of the ceiling patches.
I'll provide materials.
You'll need your own tools and vehicle.
References are appreciated since some jobs are in lived-in homes.
$30 per hour or you can bid on the jobs.
