We are seeking an organized & detail-oriented individual to join our Inventory team as a full-time INVENTORY SPECIALIST located at our warehouse in MOONACHIE, NJ! Full time position including a signing bonus eligible at 90 days after employment AND great benefits package! WHAT YOU'LL DO: Ensure accuracy and efficiency of the flow and movement of luxury designer handbags and accessories in and out of the Fashionphile warehouse Pull merchandise from shelves or bins in a timely manner for shipping and other departments Place merchandise on designated shelves or carts leading to shipping area Hand-deliver merchandise to departments as needed Organize proper storage of incoming merchandise to be stored on shelves, bins or other designated areas Ensure inventory items are properly labeled with appropriate tags and labels that meet Fashionphile standards Provide assistance or direction to other inventory specialists as needed Communicate to Lead and/or Manager any discrepancies or issues Participate in scheduled inventory cycle counts as needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Time management and ability to meet deadlines Extremely organized and ability to multitask The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs Proficiency working with mobile inventory scanners Ability to work independently and as part of a team WHAT YOU'LL GET: On the job training Employer paid health-care coverage for employee Dental and vision coverage Long term Disability Insurance Free Life Insurance and AD&D Paid vacation and sick time Monthly employee recognition luncheon 401(k) plan with generous match
