WHAT YOU'LL DO: Artfully package high-end luxury goods for shipment according to FASHIONPHILE specifications Verify with a high level of accuracy, all components of each order - attention to detail is critical due to the value of our products Generate shipping labels - accurately process and confirm each outbound order utilizing proper use of UPS Maintain organization of the shipping area WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Attention to detail and ability to hand package high-value shipments  Ability to maintain a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy or quality, to ensure department productivity goals are met Able to lift 20lbs Familiarity with various freight carriers such as FedEx, UPS and USPS Must be able to read and interpret documents such as invoices and shipping lists High level of integrity WHAT YOU'LL GET: Employer paid health-care coverage for employee & generous contribution toward dependent coverage FSA options Dental and vision coverage Long Term Disability Insurance Free Life Insurance and AD&D 401(k) plan with generous match Commuter Benefits Plan On-the-job training  Paid sick time Employee Discount
