Since 2004, meditating has been a very special part of my life.
It has been what has has kept me going through all of life's hurdles.
I have been asked by many through the years about it and everyone seems to have an interest but think they "can't".
I invite those that feel they can't. I want to share with you that place I have found to help me cope.
We meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm at The Grove, 158 Bridgeport Avenue in Milford, CT.
It's $10 per person and there is limited seating so we just request an RSVP at [email protected].
Just bring yourself and an open and positive mind.
We will have pillows, chairs and blankets.
