Come join us for a Spirit-filled and life-transforming worship experience at 10:45 am each Sunday. All events at the The Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church follow COVID-19 protocols as mandated by the District of Columbia and CDC. Face masks or coverings are required for all worship participants, and physical distancing will be practiced. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be extremely contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact through the air and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects. Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church (“PABC”) has taken numerous precautions to sanitize its facility, utilize air purifiers, allow for social distancing, limit the number of participants, and other measures to improve your safety. However, no party can prevent or guarantee you or your guests from coming into contact with an individual or a surface contaminated with Corona Virus. As a result, if you choose to participate or attend services inside PABC’s building, you do so at your own risk with knowledge that you may potentially expose yourself to COVID-19. Recommendations: While attending in person worship in PABC’s building, please get fully vaccinated prior to worship services and: 1) wear a mask covering your nose and mouth at all times; 2) practice physical distancing of more than 6 feet; 3) Wash your hands and/or use alcohol based hand sanitizer; 4) avoid crowds or speaking with others without a mask; 5) do not touch your face, eyes, nose, or mouth to avoid exposure; 6) monitor your health and if you feel sick, stay home and contact your primary care provider.
