Looking for applicants with excellent reliability, positive attitude, good customer service and attention to detail. 40 hours work week with great benefits package. Must be good with hand tools and have the ability to learn on the go. Valid driver's license is required. Offering help with relocation... Duties include assisting with completing work orders, apartment turns, grounds, pool care and preventative maintenance as well as other tasks delegated by management.
