Kauai south shore community is looking for a full-time site manager with five years' experience. Candidate will be responsible for the management and support of the community including, but not limited to: daily operations, meeting attendance, budget preparation, enforcement of House Rules, responding to owner needs/ requests, and overall community business management. This position requires frequent interaction and support of Board of Directors members, homeowners, and vendors. A successful candidate will possess excellent computer and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in cooperation with the Board of Directors and managing agent. Attention to detail, prioritizing and solving problems, being creative, a positive attitude, and responding effectively to urgent situations is required for this role. Drug and background checks required. No relocation pay, or housing is included with this position.
