The Company has operations on all four major Hawaiian Islands with branch outlets on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Kona & Hilo. We also maintain a major facility in Portland, Oregon where building materials are purchased directly from producers for shipment to Hawaii. Seeking a Full-Time Door Shop Associate. We are looking for an individual with previous experience in construction, millwork, or shop work. This position will assemble exterior/interior pre-hung door units, operate door machining equipment, and build special order millwork products. Essential Requirements: • Experience with woodworking tools and equipment and assembly work • Knowledge of millwork products and building construction • Able to remain at station to operate door assembly machinery for extended periods • Routinely retrieve and move doors and door units weighing up to 100 lbs. • Must have the ability to interpret and work from oral and written instructions • This position operates woodworking tools including miter saws, routers, table saws, staple guns, screw guns, drills, stop stitcher, door-lite cutout machines, and pre-hanging door machines. • Finishing carpentry experience We offer: Competitive Pay, 401k, Vacation/Sick Leave, 11 holidays, Medical/ Dental/Drug/Vision or $150 Medical Waiver Benefit.
