Found small brown dog on awa st in Hilo Wednesday afternoon. (It) was very scared and wanted help, literally jumped into my car when I opened door and jumped straight on my lap whimpering. Broke my heart so I took (it) home. Very friendly and playful. It’s definitely lost and wanting to go home. If yours, please provide detailed description, gender, ect. Pics would be helpful.
