Garvies Point Craft Brewery and Root to Rise by Lindsey Steinberg present a special Holiday Edition of Yoga at The Brewery! Join us again on December 18th, for a very special holiday edition of Yoga at the Brewery. Lindsey Steinberg of Root to Rise will be offering her signature all-levels vinyasa flow and a grounding guided meditation. Participants are asked to bring their own mat, and are welcome to bring any props they may incorporate into their practice (blocks, straps, bolster, blanket, towel, etc). Class will be held from 10:45 am to 11:45 am. Included in the ticket is one complimentary pour of Garvies Point Craft Brewery beer in our tasting room following class. Please arrive around 15 minutes early to set up, as class will begin promptly at 10:45. Bring a friend, partner, or family member! Everyone is welcome. Space is limited, and tickets sold out last time – please be sure to register early. We'll meet you on the mat!
