Handyman to put up a sticky wallpaper + paint wall

I'm looking for a handyman that already has worked sticking wallpaper on a small bathroom. The wallpapers come already with the adhesive, so we need someone to know how to cut them and place them continuously. We also need another coat of paint on the ceiling. Below are the pictures of the space. Please bring a cutter and a ruler, we dont have materials, we have the paint and brushes though, but no blue tape. Thank you! Pay : $350
