You see Clovis pd write several pd reports related to court orders especially involving divorce and custody orders. Each time done wrong is a crime. Each time a judge doesn’t follow their own court order a crime, a judge in the Fresno county superior court can only be removed if convicted of a felony? Three misdemeanors is a felony, not following a judges ruling from the Supreme Court as court law is a crime stated in 1998 Orange County appeals court any one getting any public assistance is viewed as zero for alimony and child support! Now you have over 10 current Fresno county superior court judges who have not followed a court order, even not following through on their own court orders based on gender or religious discrimination then changing them and saying try again especially in child visitations and pd writing criminal reports to support the rulings only to be pushed aside in contempt court because the punishment is viewed as a joke by the judges. All crimes all misdemeanor that in number add up to felonies! But where’s the DA past and present? Where’s the DOJ, state and federal? Where’s the federal prosecutor? There’s a simple statement made to mostly black and brown poor criminals and that statement is “Ignorance is not an excuse to break the law!” I will have my day in civil court against cities, counties, state of California and of course our federal government and I will ask for trillions and criminal prosecution, fraud and ignorance can’t be made legal based on money, job, religion and race. Justice is Blind based on social economics and when it’s not then there is no Justice and Evil and crime rules! This is the foundation for or societies failure today! Started in Fresno County by the last 60 years of religious government… the fix is obvious: accountability through state initiatives that go back and hold government leaders and their estates accountable. I heard Sargent Koch of the Clovis pd joke during his crime spree that the limitations protect him now! Hmmmm he was right let’s change that lets be the change
