I recently met Tia DiTullio She is a Wine Consultant with Scout & Cellar. We got to talking about doing a culinary class along with a wine presentation. So we are offering a Tapas Class and Wine Tasting - Clean Crafted Wine. I have chosen their Dove Hunt Dog Pinot Noir and Fieldhouse 301 White Wine to go along with this Tapas Menu * Home made Ricotta Cheese served with Poached Pear, candied Pecans served on Crostini *Pull apart Shrimp and Lobster Rolls *Sausage and Cheddar Bites *Olive Tapenade and Black Olive / Pine nut Relish served with Dried Sausage and crackers *Gougers (Gruyere)-Pate a choux (Cream puff shells) There will be an assortment of crackers, dried meats and cheeses on the table.
