Looking for a dependable, reliable, mature, individual who has experience as a custodian or house cleaner, to fill a 30-35 hour a week position as our Maintenance-Custodian Coordinator. We are a fine dining restaurant that has a long standing reputation for great food and drink, outstanding service, and a "squeaky clean" well maintained facility!
The ideal candidate will possess experience in cleaning a commercial facility, from restrooms, to offices, to the restaurant dining room, and bar, as well as some light outdoor maintenance, windows, keeping walkways clear, and bushes trimmed. Having experience in light carpentry, painting, and minor electrical/plumbing work is also desired.
We are offering a Monday-Friday schedule with (flexible) daytime hours, a "better than competitive" pay rate, and health and paid time off benefits for a 33 + hour work week schedule. A keen eye for detail and the ability to be productive and efficient while working alone, is an advantage over other candidates. Looking to fill the position immediately. Training to be conducted on the first Saturday and Sunday by a former employee who once held the full time position.
