Apartment Maintenances Person This position will be hourly with a range between $14-$16 per hour to start with review at 6 months and yearly following first review. This is a medium size apartment complex with a full time staff. There are opportunities to learn many skills form pool maintenance to constructing new building elements. Apartment maintenance desired skills (Not all necessary to apply): • Basic Construction knowledge and skills • Computer skills • Customer service skills • Pool maintenance and operation experience • Small engine repair • Willingness and ability to learn new skills • Hand tool and yard tool familiarity Applicant’s qualities and characteristics: • Must have own transportation • Reliable and punctual • Organized and hard working • Friendly • Weekend availability and on call availability Please make application my email.
