Join the team at Smoking Goose Meatery, an artisan smokehouse in downtown Indianapolis. Duties include washing the dishes, equipment, and rooms we use to make sausages, salumi, and smoked meats. Some janitorial cleaning in common areas is also included. Please note that Smoking Goose is not a slaughtering facility. Rather, we make cured meats by hand in small batches.
Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a pro-active attitude are crucial.
