PLEASE READ THE DETAILS OF THIS FIELD TRIP CAREFULLY. EACH FIELD TRIP HAS UNIQUE GUIDELINES FOR AGES, NUMBER OF CHAPERONES, ETC. NO REFUNDS! This field trip is for Heartland Charter School students and their families. Come join us for a unique educational adventure at the Valley Plaza! Each group will be given a list of tasks to complete or items to find related to Math, Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, and PE at different locations around the mall. Each team that completes all the tasks in one hour will earn a small prize! We encourage families to turn in a sample that is linked to the field trip that you attended during your next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these trips and their educational value. Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. Any student that is registered without a chaperone will have their reservation canceled unless the family reaches out to the field trip lead and lets them know which registered chaperone will be responsible for their student. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.***Masks will be required for all indoor field trips per California state guidelines.Please read our refund policy! Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. You may not send a different family in your place as we will not have a waiver for them. Can I pay using my funds? This field trip is free, however, every person needs a ticket. Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. What are the check-in procedures? Meet by Charley's Philly Steaks in the food court. Is there on-site parking available? Mall parking is free. Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Outside food & drink are permitted.
